Background
I first laid eyes on this beauty at the Birds of Prey show during a Renaissance Festival. I fell in love immediately and snapped a wonderful picture.
He had been hit by a car, severely damaging his right wing. But he was rescued and rehabilitated in a safe environment.
His wing remains damaged so he cannot fly, but he lives a life of safety where he is loved.
